Anyway, it's nice to see that there's a growing awareness regarding conversion therapy and the harm it causes. Of course, Maggie's own experience, while vaguely acknowledging conversion therapy's ineffectiveness, is such a large part of her identity that she's not really willing to completely discredit it. Meanwhile, Luke, being a typical white male, only seems to care from the standpoint of his own sexual desirability.
